Here we go again! After months of planning and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, there is nothing better than getting the email from the City of Seattle that your building permit has been approved! Once I finish my glass of champagne (or two!), I get busy in earnest putting together the plan to get the building party started.

Love this House

I am so thrilled to see my Laurelhurst project reach completion. It has truly been a labor of love. This home has every modern convenience a homeowner could want! Located in a lovely Seattle neighborhood, this street is overflowing with families and fun. I should know, I lived in this house for a short time.

Ballard Beauty

Laurel Vista Living

My latest transformation is located northeast of Seattle on a quiet street in a sweet neighborhood called Laurel Vista. It has lovely territorial views as well as a view of Queen Anne hill and our iconic space needle. This home has a wonderful street appeal – transitional modern is what I like to call the style. It is a perfect family home!
